Great! Maybe these same prosecutors could look into deepfakes used to win political campaigns as well.

So this means all those corporations and companies trying to get off the hook legally by blaming AI are actually liable! Yay!

No, no, it's only the AI's responsibility when the actor is a poor old corporation that didn't mean to break any silly little laws 😖

If the actor isn't rich or a mega corporation however, well, that's different and the user should be locked up for good and how dare they sully the good name of the sexual harassment bot the poor old corporation created
