All of those require significant core stabilization and pelvic floor muscles get activated at the same time, it might be even arguable that those are core muscles as well.

So basically years of intense core work should do the trick.

For positive encouragement for anyone coming across this comment, there's a thing called coregasm aka having an orgasm from flexing the core muscles. Women are more likely to experience it.

On one hand, I think this is a fair assessment.

In the other, I've fucked runners, yoga instructors, climbers, acrobats, bodybuilders, surfers, and plenty of casual lifters. No one else comes close. my hypothesis is that lifting really heavy forces the core to engage with maximum strength - which is not an effect you get even with other forms of exercise traditionally considered highly core-intensive.

I'm split as to whether a powerlifter would see the same effect. On one hand, heavy weight should induce the core to maximally tighten. On the other, I wonder if there is something special in catching a heavy weight in the deep squat position that would create an even greater degree of core and pelvic floor engagement.

Almost the same, was able to identify the problem and do some home.. anti-excersices and I'm doing so much better now. The idea of a tight pussy might be fun, and sure if it's a one time thing it is a lot of fun for the one who penetrates.. But to live with and to be with in a longer relationship? No fun, for neither. Causing pain when it should be pleasure is not ideal.

So, guys don't care about a girls income that much. There's an entire subculture of men that prefers or demands being the sole breadwinner of their families. I'm going to say the word "tradwife" and consider my point made.

Mind you, when I was in college I tutored freshman chemistry for an hour on Wednesdays and made more than $25/week at it; how delusional was your business plan?

I can't help that Gold's Gym only paid me $25/hour for one hour per week. But it also meant a free gym membership to every Gold's in Northern Virginia & Washington DC so I spent every waking minute of every day enjoying all those gyms. And I didn't have a car. I was biking all around Northern Virginia and Washington DC to get to all these gyms. It was beautiful & the healthiest I've ever been in my life but bittersweet & maddeningly lonely, only exercise endorphins kept me sane. Then the Autumn rains began and biking became uncomfortable & demoralizing, then the winter snows commenced and biking became impossible. So I had to start walking & running to the gyms.

Exercise was my passion & my joy & my antidepressant, and without endless exercise all day I would spiral into depression. Even at night when I got home after all that I would go running a few miles around the neighborhood before taking a shower and being able to fall asleep. That winter I hit rock bottom and internet people suggested I look into my veterans benefits since I am a military veteran. So I was able to get into the VA Medical Care system, was hospitalized for severe depression, and they've been taking care of me ever since then.

I guess the exercise stopped your brain from thinking and that's why it felt good. Sometimes physical pain is much easier than emotional pain.

Actually, yes. Kegel/pelvic floor exercises can make your erection stronger, help treat premature ejaculation, help treat ED, and even make your penis bigger by increasing bloodflow. Plus treating incontinence and potentially improving prostate health.

Just squeeze the muscle you use to stop the flow of urine for 1 second on, one second off until 20 minutes is easy. Then increase the squeeze duration by 1 second and repeat.

It's also great to incorporate into ab exercises as it also causes you to contract the abs in the pubic region.

Or, if you listen to music a lot, squeeze to the beat. I often do mine listening to music in the shower if I didn't do an ab workout.

If you get muscles strong enough, you can also basically stop an orgasm by relaxing the muscles. If you time it really carefully, you can even ejaculate a decent amount without ever going over the edge. Helpful for when you're trying to hit the 21 per month ejaculation target for prostate cancer risk reduction, but orgasming too frequently might ruin your chances of rising to the occasion with a partner (happens to me because prozac).
