Lol, you can still buy this dining set brand new. Multiple companies made pedestal dining sets (like broyhill and thomasville) that were decent quality:price, which is probably why they were so common.
My ex and I had this table set in our first place. Except it had 2 chairs and a bench, which had 2 of those chair backs on it. I hated that fucking thing.

table is ok. agree about the chairs and how often they need to be repaired. these chairs make my butt hurt. literally and figuratively

my table is just solid round no leaf and those chairs are black steel backed
