One anonymous Democrat is the source for the title. Reminder that Axios got borged into the Cox media empire in '22. They are not to be taken seriously. This is just FUD.

it is "not a war powers resolution, it's a [one sentence] statement."

Also, Tlaib and her co-sponsor are Democrats. They’re very happy about it.
