My home was sold for $115 in 2011 and now the "zestimate" is more than double this. If I'd be happy living in a cardboard box, man I'd be doing pretty good

Your guys have fixed interest rate for housing ? Here their is only composed one. We used tu pay 50k of interest for a 20 year loan

30 year fixed rate mortgages are still the predominant mortgage type here in the US. There are other products like shorter term fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages.
