I can’t fall asleep unless I’m in some weird position. Mainly legs curled up, back arched, hugging a pillow or blanket. The top one makes my back hurt.
I fall asleep in the top position and wake up in the bottom position

Knee up foot on knee, neck bent at a 60 degree angle.
