One of the few silver linings I see in the clusterfuck that is our politics is that non-fascist voters do actually seem to have finally had enough of the status quo. A DCCC endorsement is more of a curse than a blessing these days, and I am absolutely fucking here for it 🥰

It's kinda trending in the direction of AIPAC. It's not going to ever get as completely toxic as a foreign interest PAC funded by Republicans, but candidates should question whether the money (and establishment consultants good at draining it while losing) is worth it.
This is just dumb. Why are they wasting money on primaries? Why would you endorse anyone?
Because they don’t appear to understand how much goddamn everyone hates the party establishment. It’s much closer to a curse than a blessing these days.
The DCCC backed a former Republican in a primary where the other option was also a moderate and their choice lost. Starting to feel like they're just not good at politics.
And apparently they wasted half a million dollars doing it! On an intra-party contest with no incumbent and little ideological difference! (Not that ideological differences should be what drives the DCCC, just highlighting how dumb this was.)
