Me too. The brain sees what it wants to see.
It's city by city as I understand it. Some beaches the manatees can go topless, others they need to cover up.
Manatees can, womanatees cannot
Maybe that was what the wrestling was about? She was trying to force the manatee to be more modest by making them wear a bikini?
I don't want to hear anyone say there's no such thing as the perfect woman.
I mean, of course. That's why they were wrestling. That manatee did not wanna wear that bikini.

So what was the illegal part? Clothing? Needing a permit? Did the manatee consent?
It's illegal to touch the manatee. They're about the least dangerous large animal on the planet, but honestly impressive she could get a hold of one. They don't move fast often, but they really can jet when they want to.
I'm guessing manatees are protected, but really they just wanted to put hands on her.

You don't even have to recognize AI faces. If it's a mugshot with a wacky title, it's fake.
The title is real(ish) but the lady was middle aged and I don't believe mugshots were published.
