Another fucking dumb headline. The real question is whether all the criminals will ever be held accountable. Not that I'm optimistic in that regard.

MODERATORS
The President is only accountable to half the US House and 1/3 of US Senators. As long as 218 House members back him, he won't get impeached. And even failing that, as long as 34 Senators back him, he won't get punished.
It turns out he has enough support within Congress to keep grifting. Is he giving them a cut?
He's giving them everything they ever wanted.
It's a death cult after all.
"Is crime still illegal for rich republikans?"
No sense clicking the clickbait. The answer is no.
He might be rich, but he shits shis pants, can't sleep, is physically in a state, his mind is addled, his wife hates him, everyone close to him can't stand to be so. He's in his own little private hell.
There is no amount of suffering that could make up for what he has done. That said, I'd like to see that theory tested. I would love to be proven wrong.
He’s ancient and in failing health, near death. Yet his narcissism, his greed, his corruption are stronger than ever. What possible use could he have for the billions of dollars he’s defrauding us? ….. but a grifter is going to grift.
I’ve somewhat given up, in that he’s shown a talent for staying beyond the law and has millions of groveling sycophants: he’s unlikely to ever be held accountable for his crimes in his time remaining. But his minions can. His children can. His legions of cult followers can.
When our psychotic breakdown is over, will we have the honesty to hold them criminally liable?
Most Republicans value in-group solidarity more than things like justice or truth. So no, not unless Trump somehow becomes out-group.
Maybe if we start a conspiracy that he's actually Jewish... No, that's like trying to use The One Ring.
Probably not.
The same dipshits that think Pedolf Shitler is a Bigly Good At Bidness Guy, and think him cheating on his taxes is a good thing, also think he's just great at making money because he's their favorite con man and they have no clue that he's conning them, too. They probably all cheer when they hear how much the Rapist-in-Chief made, in many cases, directly taking money from his supporters.
No. People in that country have repeatedly shown at the ballot box that corruption is not a deal-breaker.
