There are smaller local theaters which still use film projectors, although these are definitely more specialized than your typical chain spot and ran by people who are actually passionate about cinema, but you could surely still find a projectionist there.
And steam trains are very much still a thing in a museum capacity, and those of course need people stoking them.
A bit lame. While milkmen kinda died out for a while, they're also back and going stronger than ever. They're called door dash these days, or Flink or whatever. Also factory firefighters, still a thing. And by the way, they're not just men anymore. Trains also still require some unskilled work. And they forgot half the jobs regarding trains anyway. It used to be massively labour intensive to split up cargo trains, they had people operate the brakes. A person hand-cranking each switch. Additional people coordinate the station, someone sit in the midst of nowhere and open and close the railroad crossing... Buttloads of mechanics and people put oil on each part constantly. Wasn't just putting coal in it. That's not even noteworthy compared to what amount of people are needed to operate trains. As of today, that cargo is probably on the roads inside of a truck. And they let go of the person selling food and coffee as well... And got rid of the toilets because that requires people to clean them.
And the history of calculators is very interesting. Might be worth reading on WHY those were women.
Typesetting still a thing. Also some of the other jobs are also still a thing but now you're some social media person, typing stuff into TikTok, Instagram... Or you'd operate some business process software, instead of write on paper and use phones. Arguably still the same job, though. The pin setters of today operate amusement parks, reset your escape room or hand out VR glasses...
By the "logic" of this (AI written?) text, there's probably zero jobs left around. Because a plumber doesn't use the same tools as in the sixteen hundreds, so that job is gone?! Teachers don't use chalkboards anymore so they're "replaced"...
