I think you needed a 4th row where copilot reinstalled itself with a forced update and begs you to use it again.

Shout-out to my employer and their intranet. When I click on the company logo I'm directly forwarded to copilot instead of something sensible like the homepage. It's everywhere

My employer is forcing me to use it for documentation. I'm using it. I refuse to go through it line by line and correct the shit it outputs. I take out what's inaccurate. But the output is a wall of text. Poor quality, poorly worded, sounds robotic, constant repetition of the same point. It's not inaccurate but it is poor quality and the next person reading it is going to spend twice the time going through it. Forcing this AI on us is what my employer wants to spend money on, so I'm not going to spend loads of my time improving the output. I just submit. Employer doesn't care.

I'm thankful I'm not forced to use it. Though I have to admit that I use Claude as an alternative to stack overflow with the same level of trust in the results :D

Driving installation of Linux. I finally switched to Linux on my main home PC because I disabled copilot in the registry and it came back after a winblows update.

Why would they think co-pilot would be accepted after the clippy fiasco?

[–] TeddE@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

Propaganda?

[–] icelimit@lemmy.ml 2 points 1 day ago

Hey clippy tried.

I think windows 11 has done great things. It's absolutely shit as an os, but it's got a bunch of people to switch to Linux

Winhance can help you delete Copilot and other MSlop that may not be completely accessible via add/remove programs.
