I made a website to help Canadian citizenship applicants stop stressing over wait times. It scrapes the Reddit megathread where people report their progress, and extracts milestone dates from the comments, then displays the data, calculates average wait times, and lets a user input their date and get an ETA. This is all open source and the calculation happens in your browser. Obviously I'd have preferred to use a Lemmy-based data source but we don't have one.

Be warned, it's very barebones and I don't guarantee it will continue to stay up all the time, and I do use an LLM to extract dates from the comments. An LLM (used properly, with discernment) was also used in building the site itself. It can also be slow because it does all the filtering and calculations in your browser instead of on my server. But I found it helpful and worth building so hopefully someone here will get use out of it too.
