AI, in this case, refers to LLMs, GPT technology, and anything listed as "AI" meant to increase market valuations.

Yep that's the microslop plan since its inception. Get everyone in, lock em in, kill off competition, raise prices. Amazon too. Its all a grift and Normie's are too stupid to see it so we are doomed.
Just keep learning and keep your brain while others turn stupid. I already laugh when coworkers complain about $250 cable/streaming bills. If they took 5 minutes to learn tech they wouldnt need that. Itll be the same in 10 years with $500/mo chatbot subscriptions.
I honestly don’t get the streaming thing. I’m down to just one service and unless I’m doing nothing but streaming constantly, I just don’t run out of stuff to watch.
If you’ve “reached the end” of a streaming service, drop that one and find another at least, but don’t just sub to like 8 services because you “need” to see all the latest stuff. People are convinced they need so much more in their lives than they actually do.
Yeah people have like 3 or 4 on average from what I see, for exclusive shows. Its just shitty cable with ads again.
No shit.
Yeah, I mean, it's obvious to us. I wish it was more obvious to everyone else. It's been the same playbook for the last decades.
since there are no longer competent people in the market
There has always been a dearth of competence in the software development industry.
