Guillotines are such a primitive and manual technology though, I feel like this is underselling the human creative spirit and ingenuity and how far we've come since the French Revolution. Surely with all the technology and resources we have access to in the modern age, we can invent a much more efficient and heavily industrialized approach to exterminating billionaires. I feel like at a bare minimum it needs to incorporate an assembly line and industrial robots with lasers.

This isn't entirely a novel idea. This has been an academic goal for computing for decades.

The power grid metaphor for accessible computing quickly became canonical when Ian Foster and Carl Kesselman published their seminal work, "The Grid: Blueprint for a new computing infrastructure" (1999). This was preceded by decades by the metaphor of utility computing (1961): computing as a public utility, analogous to the phone system.
It sounds to me like he's just envisioning his product being a special case of that concept.

The danger of AI is that most people are too stupid for it, an AK40 in the hand of an 3 years old. There isn't any positive or really needed use for an private user (or greedy govs)
The problem I keep thinking about with AI is that it's being done in the stupidest possible way.
