it would be more like another $10 trillion after tax cuts and credits for the wealthy that would absolutely piggyback on any republicant legislation giving a mere $5000 to every 'us adult'.. and the new donnie dollars will require a birth certificate, fingerprints, facial scan, social logins, and dna sample to ~~collect~~apply for.
