We need to breed super orcas that can sink mega yachts!
The problem is other economic systems would likely still use similar boats and technology.
It's the noise from sonar that's so upsetting righ? Those noises have destroyed a bunch of generational whale songs?
Military sonar can reach source levels near 235 decibels underwater, among the loudest human-made sounds in the ocean. It can disrupt whales' breeding, feeding and migration, cause temporary or permanent hearing damage, and has been linked to mass strandings in which whales beach themselves.

It is strong enough that it could probably kill humans in the water near the boat... Sooo
If you like whales messing stuff up check out The Swarm. The book is intermittently good and terrible. The TV show is a bit more sensible but doesn't get to a conclusion.
