How about you be thankful that hurtful words and insults is all you’re getting so far?

Start fining people for telling you to eat shit and you’ll see how fast they’ll shift to actions that will be conveying the same message

Couldn’t you just aggressively compliment someone? Do they have sarcasm in Canada? Then they can start evaluating intent, maybe sone kind of thought police? Grammaton Clerics?

It gets trickier than that… an insult in French might be an innocent remark in English and vice versa.
