Literal actual extremists fill the government and yet when someone says "maybe our tax money should go to pay for healthcare and education" they're branded an extremist by practically everyone (Republicans, media, centrist Dems) and they rarely make it into government... Actual violent extremists who want to take rights away and literally put people to death get elected and/or placed into government, but people who actually want to help us are deemed "too far left/extreme."

The death penalty isn't even commonly applied to one-off first degree murder convictions. It normally takes some other factor such as torture or multiple killings to escalate it to death penalty.
Even if you think abortion is murder this is detached from reality.

Their delusional answer to that is ‘that’s not an abortion’. Despite there being no medical difference in the procedures done, and in fact the record in your medical history is going to say ‘abortion’, because that’s what it fucking is. But abortions are done by evil people who murder babies, so their righteous medical procedure wasn’t an abortion.

Is it:
- No one with competence wants to work for this administration
- Someone close to her bought Trump's crypto
- they purposely put someone who is incompetent there as a "fuck you" to the press

They do not respond to this logic. The hypocrisy is the point and they consider this hypocrisy good. If you kill, you're a murderer, have rejected the Lord, and deserve death. Do not waste your breath trying to explain the ethics of the death penalty to someone who supports it because of sheer bloodlust.
If you ask, "What if an innocent person is inadvertently found guilty, executed, and then later exonerated?", that will not register to them as a valid concern. They think it's worth it and you are wasting your breath by asking. They believe in a God who ordained a commandment against killing, while also commanding genocide. They think the Creator of the Universe and therefore reality is just like that. It can't be wrong. By definition.

Up until this year, new White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia sat on the advisory board of an organization that calls for women who have abortions to be executed “in the public square,” and for pro-choice Americans to lose their right to hold public office.
The White Rose Resistance (WRR), where Zacharia sat on the board until February, is best known for its anti-abortion disinformation, harassment campaigns against providers, and for collecting the country’s worst extremists. The group’s national outreach director AJ Hurley, for example, was charged with felony stalking of an abortion provider in San Francisco in 2022. Per his own bio, Hurley is also connected to the woman who was found with multiple fetuses in her home. Good times.
But to really understand WRR, you need to know its founder and leader Seth Gruber. Gruber—who likes to say that pro-lifers should “make the death penalty great again”—doesn’t believe it’s enough for abortion patients to face murder charges. For ‘equal protection’1 to be a true deterrent, Gruber says women need to be executed “in the public square.” He also argues that pro-choice Americans should not be allowed to hold public office, and that abortion involves “demonic pagan rituals.”
Well that all seems very normal and reasonable and not insane. At least they're not calling for everyone to have access to healthcare and education.

Remember how much gaslighting the anti-choice types did up to and including 2022.
The punchline of the anti-abortion movement has always been them complaining publicly about abortion as a form of eugenics, while obsessing privately about "white erasure" and divine/infernal eugenics privately. So much of the movement is tangled up in militant evangelism to a degree that hitting a pregnant woman with shrapnel during a clinic bombing is seen as divine retribution rather than collateral murder. That's long before you get into the footsie anti-abortion fanatics and modern zionists play with one another, even as Israel has become a world leader in forced sterilization, population control, and ethnic cleansing through child murder.
So what are the chances she has an abortion in her past?
Everything any Republican talks about ends up being projection, why would this be an exception? They only ever talk about things they have direct experience with. The most vocal anti-gay ones are the most closeted. The anti-drag ones are the ones cross-dressing at home.
