It's a quick up and down. I took the OOP's meaning as they were doing them for a prolonged period of time during the shift.

This I don't understand. What about the whippit high makes EDM the music of choice? Is it a super energetic buzz or something?
Maybe, because sound gets all funky and sort of robotic for a few seconds, like you're in the world's most echoey tiny hallway. It's weird. Would not recommend, but that's because of the brain damage, not the experience.
