Ingenious. I'd like to see California put together a similar ballot measure. Whether through the legislature or as a Proposition.

I'm POSITIVE Their Republican Controlled Government will ALLOW this to Happen! Because if they DONT they'll be SURE to Vote them Out because Republicans ALWAYS vote for the Person who will Help them and NOT who Has an R by their NAMES!
