I disagree, things eat each other. It's just an exchange of resources. What matters is intent, process, and waste. I an fine with eating animals that were raised in non-cruel conditions(which is also a food safety issue), killed humanely, and all parts are utilized.
Also like, if some animal gets the drop on me and returns the favor, them so be it, good on them,
