Anyone in any government agencies know if your answers on these forms affect your hiring process? And if they do, how?

Because most jobs tell you that it's just for statistics, but this government job straight up asks if you want your answers to be considered in your employment process, or used purely for statistics.

I don't know if I should be honest or just straight up "prefer not to say" everything.

Hi, I'm in Brampton ON. The snow isn't that bad compared to other places (there was a really bad one like 2 or 3 weeks ago tho), but I'm the only one that does the shoveling.

I can't afford a 1000 CAD blower from Canadian Tire or Home Depot. And I don't think I need anything super heavy duty.

Just want something reliable preferably under 400 CAD. Or is that not possible?

Maybe I'm just too chronically online, but people seem to complain a lot more about Tim Hortons than other fast food places. Even though they have a lot of the same issues.

Edit: I guess I have bad taste in fast food. I like Tims 🤷‍♀️. I think the prices are reasonable for fast food, and their stuff tastes better than mcDonalds. I don't drink coffee much so I can't compare to other places. I can get why people don't like the company itself though.
