Underline used to be manual proofreader markup for something that was supposed to be italicized.

Havn't bought one yet. Just eyeing my next project (realistically 2 projects from now). I narrowed down the Millennium cause I think I could get the most utility out of it. If I were to really do it how I would like Id need a pbx and thats a project Im definitely not willing to take on for some time.

yeah, the back end is the scarier part. I don't think conservapedia actually added that much content, it just copied Wikipedia and edited the parts they cared about. Automating that, while helpful, isn't that big a deal IMO. Disseminating the resultant bullshit (with a hint of plausibility) is where the nightmares begin.
