i got my chance with the hdd this May and i took it, a factory refurbished 28tb exos, through Amazon prime. $360 including shipping and tax.
otherwise i would be deleting shit right now 🥳
what bothers me most about the ram is that when i assembled my pc like 10 years ago, i paid $180 for 16gb of ram, because ram pricing was riding a bubble then too.
why the hell didn't i get that ddr4 3600mhz 32gb when it was on sale for like $85 😭
