Sunk cost fallacy for everyone that isn't also a Nazi, when you're heavily invested in tech stocks it seemingly makes it easier to dismiss the evil.

They're controlled opposition funded by the same people, if you're expecting them to save you then you're out of luck.

If you're American your best option is to get out and organise resistance, or to collectively fund a new political party with a backbone not in the pockets of billionaires.

Either way you need to get out there, sorry lads.

Apple can make Chrome book equivalents, they want you to rent compute power not computers.

Natively you'd be able to run VLC on a good day if you're lucky, but everything else will be online with a subscription attached.

The way it's advertised is as if it AI is there to replace people thinking, everyone in AI ads is so dumb and seemingly incapable of independent thought.

They're desperate for people to be reliant, but there's no real uses cases beyond basic idiation.
