Also, no, it's not a "public forum" - it's an automated system creating legal issues by spying on private conversations and making decisions on its own

Context and privacy still matter. This bootlicking attitude towards total surveillance is childish.

It's completely irrelevant whether the joke was good, appropriate, or whatever.

What people joke about in private messages is their business. Jokes don't have to be funny to us. People's private jokes are private, and not for us to judge. How would you feel if suddenly everyone was dissecting something you said in a private conversation?

"she was asking for it" is a shitty opinion.
