Short answer : Yes

Long Answer : people are asking their MPs and they are refusing to answer (probably because they know), so people ask around and found out that we [Canadians] are sharing intel with the US Coast Guard which are under the perview of the Hegseth ministry of defence

People on Twitter now will not quit it over some AI personal data munching.

I think that is used to prove the willingness of the interviewe. « If you want to take a lie detector you’re more prone to saying the truth to the investigators » but I’ve never heard of this done in Canada.

If this is true, I urge her to lawyer up

Pass a lie detector ? Isn’t non illegible in court so it means nothing ?

Moral of the story : Cops lies. If they promise you a reward be prepared to swindle out of it.
