All apartments should be rented stabilized. Any of that aren’t, the landlord should have to pay 50% of the rent as a tax to the city.

I really like Brian Taylor Cohen. Leading up to the election, they had them on Fox News a bunch of times, he tore them all on New asshole each time. It was hilarious.

Plus, he’s gorgeous
