Mistral.ai Le Chat has the appearance of being more responsible and is offering open source models. I'm making no claims on their behalf, though.

Like you, TIL. This makes the fourth USA food I've looked up this week. The others were "Egg Roll", "Tater Tots" and "Corn Dog". It's a fascinating cuisine!
