I must have missed that episode of Sesame Street. Could you link to it?

Blaming voters for how they vote is like blaming the weather when the forecaster got it wrong. We handed Harris an unprecedented amount of money and attention but her team made the wrong predictions on what would get people to vote. We can continue to blame misinformed voters and keep losing or we can learn a different lesson.

Yes it's a proxy war. Doesn't mean you should go around "liberating" your neighbors by folding them into your own territory.

I don't think people care about ideology as much as we are told. Just call it affordability.

I agree people are selfish but I disagree on where that leads us. Acting as a collective is the best way to be selfish. Billionaires have their collectives: corporations; and if you don't do the same then you are not even selfish, you are just cattle.

I want you to know, as a parent I understand. I love my 3 year old but he is nonstop trying to get a rise out of us.

In recent years we have become increasingly familiar with the thought of death. We ourselves are surprised by the composure with which we accept the news of the death of our contemporaries. We can no longer hate Death so much; we have discovered something of kindness in his features and are almost reconciled to him.

Maybe also throw in a "what would you do" staged events to specifically filter for people with empathy.
