I went with netcup about 5 years ago as Hetzner kept raises prices monthly. Absolutely happy with it too.
German company owned by Austrian company and with a presence on mastodon... not a bad start.
I have bad news for you.
Netcup is just a reseller of Hetzner servers. They canceled the promotion week that should have started today, and they're probably going to increase prices too.
Netcup was okay for me. I used to have one of their ARM VPSs
Oh wow. Base offering even has a 128gb disk.
