Minnesota has a lower fraud rate in these programs than the country as a whole, so this is just revenge for forcing ICE to do a partial pullout.

It's because Minnesota dared to stand up to crybaby Trump after he sent his ICE goons in there to terrorize and murder people because Tim Walz said mean things about him.
