I need to know the source of this because this has to be fake or trolls because all of those in the western hemisphere or in the ocean are just silly and can't be for real

Likely incorrect. You'd be shocked at how profoundly stupid and/or misinformed some people are in a country that routinely robs its public education system to pay churches and private corporations..
