the mere suggestion should be considered treason
If I suggested it, it wouldn't be treason. For a standing president to say it, repeatedly, having assured that the SOTUS would clear him of any wrong doing in advance, it absolutely IS treason. And it was treason in 2020.
Imagine if Obama had floated that idea.
I can't even imagine. MAGA was already losing their minds in 2016 with wild predictions that Obama would not leave office, despite there being no indication of it whatsoever.
Back in the 90s, teachers would have to stop class to change the lightbulbs in their projectors.
