sooo... you just gotta pull 3 cotter pins and it's rolling down the road on its own?
I wouldn't recommend it since the thing is covered in cameras
paintballs and slingshots. or well-aimed crackheads.
Or just wear a hoodie and mechanics gloves and don't drive up to it.

Don't vandalise the privatised mass surveillance state devices that municipal gov, cops and ICE pay to use and expand the Peter Theil (he knooows about the anti christ btw) MAGA network in order to track everyone they can in the nazi country building up to death camps.
