The bill excludes funding for ICE and Border Patrol but restores it for federal airport security workers. The House could consider the package on Friday.

Just want to point out that Congress is about to go on recess and many of them will have to fly home.

So they passed this for completely selfish reasons and probably because they would have gotten the shit kicked out of them at airports.
