This falls in the category where “if it’s not useful to me, it must not exist.”

I have eczema. In my worst, I can go through a 1lb pot in 2 weeks.

Have you tried out based moisturisers? I went from heavy emoliants and having regular flair ups to an alcohol free oat creme and thing have been a lot better.

I passed through everything and ended up with immunosuppressants. Now I’m better. But for some time I switched between Vaseline and Aquaphor, specially during winter where the air is super dry due to house heating. I had humidifiers everywhere too.

Yikes that's bad. I hope for you that it stays under control

Have you had tried hydrocortisone that's much more commonly prescribed for eczema. Vaseline isn't medical, it's just lubricant

Oh yes, I passed through everything. Light therapy included. Cortisone of course helps, it’s magical, but it can fuck your heart up. I ended up taking immunosuppressants for 6 or 7 years, which opened me up for a few infections. But now, thank the Science Gods, I’m OK.
