Much like shower sex, all the lube gets washed away. Shower head is still top tier though.
An early Family Guy episode had a relevant quote:
You just need silicone lube. You have to wash that off with soap. Works very nicely.
Also a dream for shaving your nethers, as again it doesn't wash off easily.
Yeah, exactly, silicon lube works for showers/underwater. It'll still get washed away eventually, but it takes much longer, and still retains a fair bit of lubrication.
I have had no issues in a pool, hot tub, or shower and cannot relate with these memes.
