It's really nice to not have to pull my phone out every time I get a notification to see if it's something worth my attention.
It also lets me keep my phone on silent 24/7. But my ADHD means that my brain rarely responds to alert tones, so it's a fairly important method of me seeing work messages and such.
Can confirm. So looking for a replacement for my old smart watch, so I can have some important info for by. Otherwise I'll forget that my phone, my self, or the entire planet exists after fine seconds ;)
I'm loving my OG Garmin instinct. Basic functionality without all the BS bells and whistles. I just wish they had a version that didn't look like a Casio g-shock.
