why do people have to insert AI into everything

They think it's magical, much like how magnets or radium bewowed the uninformed masses more than a century ago, and the hucksters then coming up with some awful ideas using those.

Anyone wanting to use LLMs should be informed the damn things are being powered at data centers sucking up water and electricity, and making computer ownership godawfully expensive. Like 2tb hard drives now three or four times more expensive than I bought them more than a year ago.
