Also loading times of the ad vs the video. Also loading times if you're using firefox vs if you're using firefox but spoofing your user agent to be a chromiumbased browser.
I've heard about this many times before and I've never experienced any difference between any browsers or devices I've used. My internet connection has been the only thing that's made any noticeable difference.
