What about Kewpie mayo mixed with organic buttermilk?
Maybe add some sour cream and this legitimately how I make my ranch and blue cheese dressings. So fucking good.
Another good version that I learned from a sushi place is cream with a touch of wasabi and salt. So good.
I'm l getting sushi later, I'll have to try that when I get home (assuming leftovers).
They had it for the salad, but I couldn't let it go to waste and it really is delicious.
I put it on a poke bowl, was delicious!
I had to look up the right ratios online... apparently you can also use sour cream 🤔
