Using LLMs that way with the knowledge that it is a sort of mirror of yourself works much better than pretending it's an actual consciousness that understands you. Think of it as a modern journal or diary that you can put thoughts into and then get back more organized, maybe with some ideas to branch from.
That's exactly my point, it is a tool. The problem starts when you start thinking of it like something different than that.
