When you said you were more likely to complain about -40, I just knew. I literally live in California, but my Dad's family are from Park Rapids, MN. and avid UNC fans due to many of my family being alums.
100% of my experiences there were cold af minus temps like that.
I was surprised at the accurate guess, to be sure, haha!
