- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

He's dead & they are 100% committing fraud by continuing to receive a pay check a month after the fact.
Beshear should appoint a replacement & let the GOP deal with the fallout.

That would fall on Beshear, the governor of Kentucky. (If it happens before August 4th)
You might want to read up on why the Kentucky GOP is stalling, before you jump in with uninformed comments.
He's probably "technically" alive thanks to an IV infusion of pure malice and a bunch of machines they'll unplug on August 4.
Even if that is the case, which I highly doubt, that means he can't do his job & needs to be replaced.
His job as a member of the GOP is to obstruct progress as much as possible. He's still doing that from beyond the grave.
I think you've got him here on a technicality.
No so much 'beyond' as 'suspended above' imo.
We miss a few days, even in some cases with a doctor's note, and most of us would be on the hook for our jobs. Our supposed "representatives" can fuck off for months and still get a salary and job security.
We aren't angry enough. Yet another reform to throw on the pile once we dig out of Hell and get back to ground zero.
Im pretty sure countries have had revolutions with less provocation than the American people are currently facing
