And yet nurses, first responders, therapist, social workers, and teachers are all expected to take the satisfaction of helping people as compensation in lue of payment.
I would expect them to not do the job at all if they're not being compensated suffiently. If there's no one to work their employer cannot charge customers for work that won't be done.
What nursing shortage? There's no nursing shortage. Wait times are fast and medical errors are low. Who said patients are dying!?
If only they didn't need to eat and/or sleep
