I can understand this one tbh. If someone was having heart issues and saw what they believed to be the grim reaper walking around, then he would have been directly responsible if they died of a heart attack. It's funny, but I understand that he could have accidentally caused real harm. So I'd be for giving him a warning assuming he didn't actually have malice
