Development and cyber firms are full of some of the brightest minds in tech and they all use Macs
I'm typing this on a Macbook so take it with a 0.5g NaCl but just because a lot of devs use Macs doesn't mean they're good. It just means a lot of devs like them as status symbols, Windows sucks for most non-Windows-specific development and there's a cult around Apple. My linux desktop is way better for 99% of development than this laptop, but this laptop is better built than most other brands.
They are not saying that Macs are good but they are refuting the statement that Mac users are all technically inept morons.
