It's true that the three have become kind of aligned, I'll give you that. But, "alliance" implies something like NATO where an attack on one is an attack on all.

What you've mentioned are cases of Russia buying things. The NK troops were sent in exchange for technology and goods. China won't even sell devoted military hardware, only dual-use civilian technology.
