That's even true. There's legitimate reasons to use shock collars. However, forcing your dog to stay on the same spot isn't one of them. That's animal abuse.
I genuinely couldn't give a shit about the opinions of people who actively watch an animal abuser tbh. There's a live clip of the situation yet you will still sit here and deny it which is absolutely insane, but then again - your choice to be a shitty human I guess.
